No monthly billing statements are sent out as a reminder. Receipts are available upon request. Monthly fees are determined at the start of the year in August. Monthly fees are established to cover the cost of eight classes per month. Some months will have more than eight. These 'extra classes' are put into a bank and are used to cover classes that may be cancelled due to National Holidays, extreme weather conditions or other acts of God.
